Take the quality of the product for example. From development, procurement, technology transfer, commercialization, to mass production, each of them is closely connected with one another. Based on the requirements of the quality control, the transformation from the end-point control of the product into the entire production flow control is the crucial point that promotes the process production model in smart manufacturing.

SSB combines the big data of both the IoT and Statistical Process Control (SPC) to apply to quality control. Using the statistical analysis for the real-time monitoring production process is to identify the random and abnormal fluctuation of the product quality in the production process. Thus, it'll warn for the abnormal condition in the production process, which helps the production planner timely take actions to eliminate the abnormality and restore the stability to control the quality. This is the third scheduled milestone - ''Real-time Information Management''. Next, using the analysis and standardization of the process capability to offer the basis for the quality decision and then make the process capability smart. This is the fourth scheduled milestone - ''Intelligent Decisioning''.

Through the afore-mentioned strategies, categories, and four major scheduled milestones, SSB expects to stably run a business, firmly set up an appropriate and effective digitized ecosystem, and forge ahead a better future with our employees, customers, and suppliers hand in hand.
