A Please refer to the transportation information on the SSB's website, or refer to the address/map shown in the interview notice, or contact SSB by phone call for the details. Please make sure you go to the correct location for the interview, otherwise, it'll waste your valued time. There are limited parking spaces available for visitors on the SSB company site. It's recommended to park your vehicle on the appropriate site nearby and then walk to SSB.

A Before the interview, please log in to SSB's recruitment system and fill in the necessary information. If there is any beneficial reference document for a supplement, such as the certification, academic transcript, portfolio, or presentation file, please submit it by email in advance, or you could hand it to the recruiting staff on the date of the interview. If there is a need for the computer and projector for the interview, please tell the recruiting staff in advance and the required equipment will be prepared on the same date.

A No such a requirement. It's acceptable for wearing clothes you feel comfortable, clean, and suitable for the interview.

A For a general procedure, it'd take an hour for an aptitude test. In addition, perhaps there are additional specialized tests and an oral proficiency interview according to the vacancy's requirements. It's time for an in-person interview with the supervisor after the said tests are done. The complete process takes at least two hours. It's recommended to reserve half a day for your interview.

A Basically, SSB would arrange an interview during the working hours but not non-working hours as much as possible. It's to avoid that two parties are too tired and might impact the interview result, therefore. An interview on the holiday is a rare arrangement unless there is any special situation for doing so.

A It depends on the requirement of the employing unit's supervisor. The recruiting staff will make an appointment for the date of the second interview with you in a due course if necessary. If you don't hear back after two weeks of an in-person interview, it's always welcome to contact the person in charge of the recruiting team for the vacancy anytime.

A SSB will send a response email to those who failed at the interviews. Their résumés will be stored carefully and added to the talent pool. SSB will contact you actively if any vacancy is suitable for you at a later date.

A ● In Taiwan: The working hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and a lunch break for one hour. On-site workers have a 10-minute rest break respectively at 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
● Go on a business trip or expatriates: Follow the rules of each factory.

A It depends on the business situations of each unit. You could adjust the work progress schedule by yourself and effectively use the working hours. Sometimes, when there is a need to meet the customer's requirements and achieve the goal of on-time order delivery, it'll be necessary to work overtime then.

A It depends on your educational background, work experience, specialties, personality traits, development potential, and the vacancy's compensation package and budget. And these mentioned items will be the references for the final remuneration evaluation.
